In our Reach Academy we are offering the CA Foundation course. This is a part of the revised scheme introduced by the ICAI. CA Foundation is an entry level test designed for the students who want to pursue the CA Course. Exams for the CA Foundation will conduct twice in a year in May and November. CA Foundation is replacing the current entry-level test CPC (Common Proficiency Course). A student after appearing in 12th examination can register for the CA Foundation course.

CA Foundation - New Entry Scheme

The ICAI executed it's plan of make the entry-level difficult, not like IIT-JEE or PMT but better than CPT, in the form of CA Foundation. As we all know that CA Course is easy to enter and difficult to exist. CPT is considered much easier compared to its other two levels i.e. CA Intermediate and CA Final. So, in order to fill this gap, an initiative has been taken by the ICAI by replacing CPC with the CA Foundation.

ICAI president said that they are introducing the subjective pattern in the CA Foundation because of the objective pattern in the CPT it welcomes the guesswork of hundreds of candidates and in this way, many ineligible candidates get entrance in this course. To overcome such vulnerabilities in the entrance test of CA Course ICAI has introduced CA Foundation in place of CPT.

CA Foundation Examination

• Eligibility -After appearing in the 12th examination you will be eligible to get register in this course so register yourself.
• Preparation - Once you are registered you have to undergo through a study period of four months to appear in the exam.
• Application Form - Apply for the Foundation exams that mean fill the application form through the ICAI portal.
• Admit Card - ICAI issues the admit card generally 21 days before the exams. You can download your admit card from the ICAI portal. You will not get the admit cards offline.
• Error Correction - If any error has occurred in filling the application form regarding the center/medium then one can apply for the correction. ICAI has provided the facility of two correction window, each has a separate time limit.
• One Month Preparation - Prepare well for the exams. Don’t limit yourself just to crack this exam. You should prepare for a high score.
• Result - It is probable that the result for the CA Foundation will declare within 2 months from the Exams.

The entire syllabus is divided into four subjects

• Principles and Practices of Accounting
• Business Law and Business Correspondence and Reporting
• Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning and Statistics
• Business Economics and Business and Commercial Knowledge The above two are subjective while the latter two are objective. Negative marking will continue to remain in the objective papers.

It is a centralised test for admission in top law colleges in India.In our Reach academy we have a separate guest lecture sessions from the well experienced lawyers(apart from the class sessions).They will give the clear guideness regarding the lawyers from their own fabulous experiences.And the class will be taken by well experience college lecturers/professors and the book materials from Mumbai and Delhi.

CLAT Eligibility

The law entrance examination is conducted annually for UG and PG programs. This year, NLU Odisha, Cuttack will hold the national level exam on May 12 (tentatively). Intermediate graduates with 45% marks can apply online from January 2019. Failing to comply with CLAT Eligibility Criteria at any stage of the selection process will lead to cancellation of candidature. Common Law Admission Test or CLAT, is a single unified entrance test for candidates aspiring to pursue 3 year LLB, 5 year Integrated LLB and LLM. The National Law University, Odisha has not yet introduced any changes in the eligibility criteria in the exam. CLAT Eligibility for UG Course (LLB) CLAT offers admissions to both national and NRI candidates in the Five Year Integrated LLB Course offered in various National Law Universities (NLUs) across India. The standards are given below

CLAT Age Limit Eligibility

Criteria As per the revised standards, there will be no upper age limit for UG Program in CLAT 2019. Earlier, the age criteria for the exam was:

• Unreserved/ NRIs/ NRI Sponsored category candidates below 20 years of age as on July 01, 2019.
• SC/ ST/ OBC/ Specially Abled Persons (SAP) category candidates below 22 years of age as on July 01, 2019.

CLAT Eligibility

Academic Qualification In class 12th or equivalent examination, they must have secured:

• For Unreserved /OBC /Specially Abled Persons (SAP) and other categories – A minimum of 45% marks required.
• For SC/ST Category – A minimum of 40% marks required.

CLAT Eligibility - General Criteria

• Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2019 are eligible to register for Common Law Admission Test. They must submit an evidence of their successfully clearing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they will lose their right to be considered for admission.
• Submit the result of qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) at the time of CLAT Admission Procedure.
• In case of equal marks, the tie-breaking procedure is as follows:
  • Higher marks in the section of legal aptitude in CLAT 2019
  • Higher age
  • A computerized draw of lots

Reach Academy in association with one of the best SAT institution of India from Bengaluru.SAT is a standardised test taken for undergraduate admissions in the United States and some other countries like Canada and Singapore. It is an internationally recognised test administered by the College Board. It evaluates candidates’ knowledge in Reading, Writing and Quantitative Aptitude in general and other specialised subjects. The SAT Test Pattern 2018 for SAT Test and SAT Subjects Test follow dissimilar formats to evaluate aspirants holistic knowledge. The sum of the two sections of the SAT Test scores 2018 are reported on a scale between 400-1600. Students are marked SAT test score on a scale ranging from 200 to 800 for the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing; the Test scores pertaining to Reading, Writing and Language, and Math range between 10-40; lastly a score range between 2 - 8 is awarded to students for each of the three traits (Reading, Analysis, and Writing) for Essay which is reported separately.

SAT Eligibility 2018:

• Although the College Board does not prescribe any particular SAT 2018 eligibility criteria, students aged between 17-18 years of age mostly appear for the SAT 2018 test to get admission into colleges for undergraduate studies.
• Ideally, high school students opt for the SAT examination.
• Age Limit- SAT eligibility 2018 do not state any age limitation to appear for the SAT test.
• If a candidate is 12 years old or younger, he/she can register for SAT by mail ONLY.
• If a candidate is 13 years or older, can create the free College Board account to register for SAT 2018.
• According to the SAT 2018 eligibility, if a candidate is 21 years or older, then he/she must produce an official government-issued photo ID, like a driver’s license or passport, to the test centre.
• As per the eligibility of SAT 2018, students who intimate about their disabilities to the College Board, the governing body of SAT test are eligible to appear for SAT exams with accommodations. However, all accommodations must be approved by the College Board’s Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD). Once approved by the College Board, accommodations can be utilised for both SAT and SAT Subject Tests—one doesn't have to make a new request for each.
